Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage

$50 per 60 minutes

This technique offers a firmer pressure in order to reach the deeper layers of muscle and restore them to proper working order. It is most effective on the areas of the body in which stress and tension are harbored. The benefits of this type of massage are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility. This massage also offers relaxation but tends to be more beneficial to the body overall. A Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage will also increase the blood supply and nutrition to the muscles, allowing a “flush” effect to take place in order to heal the muscles.

Hot Stone Massage

$60 per 60 minutes

Hot Stone Massage integrates the use of water-heated Basalt stones that are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. These stones are also used to massage the muscles in an effort to relax them, thus allowing the therapist to reach a deeper layer of muscle, correcting problem areas faster. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. This technique promotes deep muscle and tissue relaxation, alleviates stress, releases toxins, relieves pain, and improves circulation. It has been proven to be beneficial for conditions such as muscular aches and pains, arthritis, fibromyalgia, depression, and many more. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating. It is not recommended for people who have vascular frailties, specific skin conditions, or those on medications with side effects triggered by heat.

Raindrop Technique

$80 per Hour

Raindrop Technique was developed by D. Gary Young of Young Living Essential Oils. The Raindrop Technique is a method of using Vita Flex, reflexology, massage techniques, etc., and essential oils applied on various locations of the body to bring it structural and electrical alignment. It is designed to bring balance to the body with its relaxing and mild application. It will help align the energy centers of the body and release them if blocked, without using hard pressure or trying to force the body to change, which should never be done.

Swedish Massage

$50 per 60 minutes

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. This technique involves the manipulation of the soft tissue in the body for therapeutic purposes by using gentle touch in order to relax the client. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as effleurage, petrissage, and kneading to help the body improve its circulation. As a general rule, these strokes are lightly applied to the body, promoting physical and mental clarity and relaxation.

Honey Facial

$35 per 30 minutes

Honey facials are both beneficial and therapeutic for men and women alike. Steaming hot towels are applied one at a time to the face. The towels are left on until they begin to cool. This process opens up the pores.  All-natural, unheated honey is then applied to the face. Honey is a natural antibacterial, which means it will work down into and cleanse the pores. While the honey is on the face, another round of towels is applied, and they're taken off again when they begin to cool. Benefits of a honey facial are plentiful, including facial cleansing and exfolliating, smoother skin, and relaxation, just to name a few!

Isolated Joint Therapy

$1 per minute

Developed by Dr. Seldon Nelson, this technique involves palpating specific areas of the body in order to find the problem areas. Pressure and a technique known as nonspecific stretches are applied, allowing the muscles to reset themselves. This is done by finding a position in which the pain subsides, holding for approximately 90 seconds, and returning to the original position to ensure the pain is in fact gone. This is helpful for chronic joint pain, sports injuries, and post-surgical stiffness.

Active Isolated Stretching

$35 per 30 minutes

Developed by Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation.

This method is most commonly used by massage therapists in order to allow the body to repair itself and to prepare for daily activity. Most commonly used after a surgery or injury, this technique involves holding each stretch for only two seconds. This method of stretching has been shown to work with the body to improve circulation and increase the elasticity of muscle, joints, and fascia.

Sports Massage

$30 per 30 minutes

Sports massages are typically used pre- and post- sporting events. Various strokes are applied to the body in an effort to either stimulate or relax the muscles, depending on the time of the sporting event. Doing this is important because if an athlete's muscles are not properly prepared for an event, the risk of injury is very high. In the same light, an athlete who has already competed but had no chance to "cool down" is also at risk for an injury.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in the body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release the trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative. Trigger Point Therapy is incorporated into all massages, therefore no seperate fee is charged.
